Arun Mathews

Arun Mathews leads Hebron Nutrition Inc., a nutrition services company based in Chicago, Illinois, where he brings his expertise and vision to the forefront of the firm’s operations. Under his leadership, Hebron Nutrition, has grown to be a world-wide distributor of premium American made nutraceutical products. Hebron Nutrition has regional distribution offices in the UK, UAE and India, illustrating his global reach and commitment to expanding the company’s presence internationally.
With a background that weaves through leadership and entrepreneurship, Mathews is not just a chief executive but a strategic architect behind Hebron’s direction. His has a hands-on approach to both business growth and global expansion. He attributes the successes to God and family.
Dr. Thomas Alexander

Dr. Thomas Alexander, Hebron Nutrition's Chief Medical Officer, earned his M.D. degree and fulfilled his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 1998. He started his clinical career at a medical practice in Butler, Missouri and held various posts at Bates County Hospital including Chief of Staff. In 2004 Dr. Alexander joined the clinic of Dr. Jonathan Wright in Seattle. He moved to the Phoenix area in 2007 where he opened his nutritionally oriented private practice and worked as a Hospitalist at Honor Health Scottsdale Shea Hospital. He also served as adjunct clinical faculty at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Phoenix. He held the position of Director of Clinical Services at Cyrex Labs from 2011 to 2018.
Dr. Alexander has given various presentations to the medical community on his fields of interest which include autoimmune disorders, gluten-related disorders, insulin resistance, the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, hormonal dysregulation including HPA dysfunction, mind-body medicine, lifestyle medicine and gastrointestinal disorders.
Dr Kristi' Hughes
Head of Nutrition Strategy
Dr Kristi Hughes serves as the Head of Nutrition Strategy & Global Educational Initiatives at Hebron Nutrition. She provides strategic planning, expansion of brands aligned with the company’s values and mission and heads global training initiatives for the health care practitioners.
Kristi Hughes, ND, IFMCP has over 20 years in medical education and private practice, she brings her clinical experience to the stage and the latest medical approaches into her patient consult room. She travels the world teaching health care providers, nutrition professionals, and health coaches internationally.
Previously, Dr Hughes served as the Director of Medical Eduction at IFM for a decade. She serves on the science board of Nutridyn and the Nutrition Collective.

As the Head of Asia Retail Sales Strategy at Hebron Nutrition Inc., I lead the expansion of premium global nutrition and beauty brands into the Asian market. With over 17 years of experience in luxury retail, wellness, and international brand management, I am passionate about making high-quality, science-backed nutritional supplements and beauty products accessible to health-conscious consumers across Asia.
My mission is to establish Hebron Nutrition as the premier distributor of over 400 US-based nutraceutical and beauty brands in India and the broader Asian market, connecting proven US-made Health & wellness products with consumers in India.

Jyotsna Jaspal – Deputy General Manager (Compliance, Business Strategy & Market Expansion)
With a Master's in Biomedical Sciences (Cancer Biology & Therapeutics) from the University of Bradford, UK, Jyotsna Jaspal is a regulatory and compliance expert with over 12 years experience in Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Food, Health Supplements, and Nutraceuticals. She has successfully navigated complex global regulatory frameworks, securing product approvals, EFSA authorizations, USFDA facility registrations, and multi-region dossier submissions to enable market access in 20+ countries.
Jyotsna has worked closely with Indian regulators in drafting national training modules and audit checklists for health supplements and nutraceuticals, and has trained Food Safety Officers across India to strengthen compliance enforcement. A Certified Trainer for FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018, and RC14001, she combines scientific rigor with strategic execution to help businesses achieve sustainable growth while meeting the highest international regulatory standards.\
